Kirishima is right. The so called "pro hero's" couldnt even defeat a single villain. The three villains who were captured were defeated by the students.

Maybe, the students shoudl start teaching the pro's a thing or two. Pffft.

Not all pro heros have op quirks in a world like that there would be many times where some quirks are stronger than others and being a pro hero is just evidence that you passed the necessary test to be able to use your quirk in a way that would be usefull
also don't forget that as a viewer you know what is happening on both side
don't expect the heros to know that too,they don't know the quirks of the enemy and where or what they will do next the had to protect the students that were in all sorts of places around the forest they can't be everywere at the same time.

As AlexandrosB007gr said, not all pro heroes have op quirks. Remember the villains were only defeated by the strongest students while 80% of the students were either helpless or weak and useless. The ones who did anything were TetsuTetsu (along with Kendo's support), Deku and Tokoyami. And with Stain, it was only thanks to Iida, Deku and Shoto. Katsuki couldn't even do anything much here. And Ochaco only used the Gunhead martial arts training, not her actual quirk. Plenty of students didn't even do anything and were knocked out or were sidebenched. Not all heroes were created equal, id*ot. That's why later on in the series, I hear Momo really can't do anything despite the nature/potential of her quirk. The only thing that can truly be a difference in a world of power is power. Look how much effort it took for Deku to take down Muscular. Pure power is necessary. And not everyone has that luxury. OPM would like to say hi to you.
